Why doesn't my password work?

The username will be your email address. You must always enter it that way.

my.TI users, your password must be 8-12 characters containing all numbers or all letters or any combination.

TI-Pass users who have been granted access to secure TI servers, the password must be 8-12 characters containing one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

Please try to log in again. If your password still does not work, request a new password.

I'm still having problems connecting to my.TI

  1. Check your browser's security options settings to verify that SSL hasn't been disabled.
  2. If your web browser doesn't support the "refresh" meta tag, click here to view the new my.TI.
  3. If you need assistance configuring your proxy settings, contact your system administrator.
  4. Some ISP's have difficulty connecting to a new web server. If you fail to connect after several attempts, contact your ISP for assistance.
